 Laura Brereton – Realtor

Laura began her Real Estate career after a successful career in international marketing and sales. She graduated from the University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill and then went to work for an international relocation company in Santiago, Chile. Her experience in South America was considered a blessing and confirmed her fondness for the Spanish language. After two years of international experience, Laura decided to return to the Pasadena Foothills area where she grew up.  
 
Upon her return to the United States, Laura joined Jayne and Ken Parsons as an assistant. While working with The Parsons Real Estate Team, Laura has completed both the Residential Real Estate Principles class as well as the Real Estate Exam. She is now a licensed Realtor and Sales Partner for The Parsons Real Estate Team, as well as part of the Keller Williams Realty – Pasadena Market Center Faculty, specializing in New Agent Training. She is actively representing clients throughout Los Angeles County, specializing in the areas of Santa Monica, Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Pasadena, and San Gabriel.
 
Laura loves athletics, the outdoors, ethnic food (sushi being a favorite!), sailing, and always looks forward to any opportunity to spend time with her friends and family. Always looking for another opportunity to add a stamp on her passport, Laura is already very well traveled. Her adventures thus far include trips to Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Europe, Spain, England, Ireland, Scotland, Tahiti, and of course South America.

Brian Parsons – Realtor
With Jayne and Ken as his real estate role models, Brian has wanted to follow their footsteps since an early age. He started his education at the University of Arizona, pursuing a degree in Business. He then was offered a position with Walt Disney in Orlando Florida. As the Recreation Coordinator, Brian was involved with training, hotel management, waterpark management and taught at the Disney University. Brian returned to California with eagerness and vigor to join The Parsons Real Estate Team and take them to a whole new level. Brian has since received the honor of being the 2006 “Rookie of the Year” and a top producer within Keller Williams Realty Pasadena and within the team.

 Natalie Spencer Birtalan – Realtor
Natalie has been exposed to the real estate industry her entire life. Her Father has been in the real estate appraisal field for over 30 years, while her mother has been a licensed Realtor for over 15 years, selling in the Pasadena area.    Natalie joined the team as a Sales and Marketing Manager, but with much excitement has since transitioned into a full-time Sales Partner. Her experience originates from a Sales Managerial background with Hornblower Cruises and Events. She received her Bachelors of Science from the University of California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo, with a degree in Recreation Administration and a concentration in Event Management. Natalie is currently studying for her Real Estate Appraiser and Broker Licenses.

Ann Gluck – Realtor
Ann Gluck has real estate in her blood. She grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama where her family has been involved in real estate sales and investments for over 25 years.
Ann takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients that endure far beyond the sale or purchase of a new home. She is known for her attention to detail, her responsiveness to clients, and her network of information throughout the Greater Pasadena Area.
Ann is a resident of San Marino, where she is an active member of the community. She is a member of the Pasadena Children’s Guild, National Charity League Jr’s of San Marino, and a Brownie leader for her daughter's 4th grade troop. Ann and her husband Rob have 3 children.

 Gregory Hwee - Realtor
Raised in the San Marino and Pasadena area, Gregory was fortunate to learn about real estate at a young age from his father who was a commercial and industrial real estate appraiser. Prior to joining The Parsons Real Estate Team, Gregory graduated with a degree in Economics at UC San Diego. By the time he was 22, he became one of the youngest general managers at Panda Restaurant Group, where he received an award for having the lowest associate turnover rate and two of the three restaurants he managed were ranked top 20 (out of over 1200 stores) in customer experience. Today, he is extremely excited and proud to be a part in one of Keller William’s top teams and loves helping as many people as he can with the buying and selling of their homes! When he’s not working in real estate, you can find the young lad in ice cream shops and record stores. He also loves taking pictures, going to museums and learning different cultures. Creating more value and bettering people’s lives are Gregory’s main goal in all his pursuits.

Blair Watson Hamilton – Operations Manager / Realtor
Blair handles all coordinating that is a result of a listing as well as advertising and marketing for the team. Blair initially joined the team as an Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager, but has since transitioned into the position of Operations Manager as well as a Sales Partner. 
 
 She received her BA from The Loyola Marymount University school of Business, with a double emphasis in Marketing and Management. Blair is a member of The American Marketing Association and while in college, she attended the Academy of International Education in Bonn, Germany for a semester, where she studied International Business practices. Blair’s grandmother, Ada Watson, was a key figure in her decision to enter the Real Estate business. As one of the top agents in San Marino and Pasadena for over 30 years, Ada imbued her granddaughter with the highest standards of service, attention to detail, and follow-through.   Blair has enjoyed continuing the tradition with the teams’ as well as her own client base.
