Today I’m answering the most common question I hear during the holidays.
A lot of people think that selling a home during the holidays means you’ll have to move on Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve. That’s not the case because we’re able to open an escrow account and either have a long escrow period or close in early December and have a leaseback period of 45 to 60 days. The other reason is that your home looks its best and most festive during the holidays, and it’s the best time to take photos and showcase your property. Historically, there are fewer houses for sale this time of year, which means more buyers will be coming through your home due to limited options.
If you have any questions about selling during the holidays or concerning real estate in general, please call or email me. I would love to help you.
